Come al solito sono estremamente gentile e professionali
On Saturday I went to Repetto Sport to buy a pair of crampon boots nor have I tried some but I haven't found the right fit, they make them come to me in the right size.
As usual they are extremely kind and professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata diverse volte da Repetto trovando cortesia e professionalità nei titolari. Purtroppo questa mattina sono andata a comprare una corda da 125 euro pagata con bancomat. Poco prima di uscire dal negozio decido di vedere anche una sacca porta corda, che in prima battuta non mi era venuta in mente. La commessa molto sgarbatamente mi fa notare che deve pagare due volte la commissione, in quanto non avevo contanti e altrettanto sgarbatamente mi dice di indossare meglio la mascherina che inavvertitamente scendeva un po' sul naso. Non avevo voglia di polemiche ma tornassi indietro le mollerei la sacca in negozio.
I have been to Repetto several times, finding courtesy and professionalism in the owners. Unfortunately this morning I went to buy a 125 euro rope paid with an ATM. Shortly before leaving the shop I decide to also see a rope bag, which at first did not occur to me. The saleswoman very rudely points out to me that she has to pay the commission twice, as I had no cash and just as rudely tells me to wear better the mask that inadvertently fell a little on the nose. I did not feel like controversy but if I went back I would drop the bag in the shop.

Secondo la mia modesta opinione dettata da numerose esperienze di visita in altri siti, credo che il negozio sia poco valorizzato e mal esposto. Ci vorrebbe più visibilità x maggior pregio visto gli articoli trattati specifici x la speleologia.
High quality products at high prices but in line with quality. Small but essential exhibition. In my humble opinion dictated by numerous experiences of visiting other sites, I believe that the shop is poorly valued and poorly exposed. It would take more visibility x greater value given the specific articles treated x caving.
