★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car2Move and their partner in Palermo - RentFacile - are a complete joke. Our experience sub-optimal (dirty car, inconvenient bordering on sketchy pick up and drop off). And from the phone call I overheard with another customer bad service is pretty standard. Was way more expensive than we planned on.
