★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta concordato l'appuntamento (per un tagliando), tutto è andato come previsto, anzi, la restituzione del veicolo è avvenuta un po' prima del previsto per rispondere ad una mia necessità di utilizzare il veicolo per una scadenza urgente (mia comunicazione fatta all'officina il giorno prima) e la restituzione anticipata mi è stata comunicata per telefono senza ritardi.
L'intervento è stato programmato a una data posteriore a quella che speravo (2 settimane circa), a causa della imprevista assenza di personale dovuta al Covid ed alla 'coda' di interventi conseguentemente formatasi, causa perfettamente comprensibile
Once the appointment was agreed (for a coupon), everything went as planned, indeed, the return of the vehicle took place a little earlier than expected to respond to my need to use the vehicle for an urgent deadline (my communication made to the workshop the day before) and the early return was communicated to me by phone without delay.
The intervention was scheduled for a later date than I was hoping for (about 2 weeks), due to the unexpected absence of personnel due to Covid and the consequent 'queue' of interventions, which is perfectly understandable.
