★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto è andato per il meglio, ho avuto u'assistenza ottima e competente, per migliorare penso dovrebbe esserci maggior scelta di personalizzazione della dotazione del veicolo (non è stato possibile avere gli pneumatici quattro stagioni, nemmeno pagando l'eventuale differenza di prezzo), mentre concessionarie di altre marche lo fanno.
Everything went well, I had excellent and competent assistance, to improve I think there should be a greater choice of customization of the vehicle equipment (it was not possible to have four-season tires, not even paying any price difference), while dealerships of other brands do.

We really enjoyed it. Filippo Cilia followed us throughout the journey, fully satisfying all our requests and needs. He was available at any time of the day to answer our questions and we left the dealership satisfied with the car we wanted.

The business advisor was very helpful and courteous. He explained the means and the financial plan in detail. It met our needs before and after delivery of the vehicle. He always behaved professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Controllo fatto accuratamente con segnalazione telefonica da parte di Franciosi Auto di batteria quasi esaurita e richiesta consenso alla sua sostituzione. Ho apprezzato il comportamento corretto per aver preventivamente telefonato per il consenso prima di operare.
Anche tutto il resto è andato bene e la vettura era pronta ancora prima dell'orario preventivato.
Check done carefully with telephone notification by Franciosi Auto of almost exhausted battery and request for consent to replace it. I appreciated the correct behavior for having previously phoned for consent before operating.
Everything else went well too and the car was ready even before the scheduled time.

L'unica cosa che avrei preferito in maniera diversa, sono alcuni atteggiamenti del mio consulente. Che sulla disponibilità e cordialità nulla da dire, però l'ho trovato un po' superficiale nelle risposte e nel dare informazioni. Spesso anche apparentemente "svogliato".

All in all it went quite well as an experience.
The only thing I would have preferred in a different way are some of the attitudes of my consultant. Nothing to say about availability and cordiality, but I found it a bit superficial in replying and giving information. Often even apparently "listless".
