★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentamente ho acquistato una Renault a km0. Avevo visto l'annuncio su autoscout24. Prima di andare a vedere l'auto ho elencato per email al venditore se gli optional indicati erano effettivamente tutti presenti perché particolarmente interessato ad alcuni di questi. Il venditore mi ha confermato. Se volevo fare il test drive dovevo però recarmi alla concessionaria di Cremona. Prenoto il test drive e vado a provare l'auto. Chiedo al venditore che mi mostra l’auto se mi conferma quello che mi aveva detto l’altro collega. Mi dice che gli optional sono inclusi. Bene. Faccio l’acquisto e dopo qualche giorno ritiro l’auto. Appena esco dalla concessionaria si accende il segnale “Pressione pneumatici bassa”. Torno indietro, resettano l’opzione e mi dicono che si risolverà. Ormai verso casa, riappare il messaggio. Niente, probabilmente non hanno gonfiato gli pneumatici. Anche se penso che sia una delle prime cose da fare, poco importa. Li gonfio io.
Arrivo a casa ed inizio a studiare i diversi optional. Chi l’avrebbe detto che mancano più di 500 euro di optional. Chiamo e queste sono le risposte: il primo venditore mi dice: “Controllo l’email e le faccio sapere. Forse mi sarà sfuggita”. Strano visto che mi ha anche risposto. Comunque non mi ha più richiamato. Il secondo mi dice: “Io mi occupo delle Nissan, ho confermato quello che mi avevano detto”. Senza parole.
Supponiamo che tutto fosse stato fatto in buona fede. Non mi resta che pensare che si tratta solo di superficialità e incompetenza. La verità è che fidarsi è bene, non fidarsi è meglio, soprattutto di loro.
 I recently bought a 0 km Renault. I had seen the ad on autoscout24. Before going to see the car, I listed by email to the seller if the options indicated were actually all present because I was particularly interested in some of these. The seller confirmed me. If I wanted to take the test drive, however, I had to go to the Cremona dealership. I book the test drive and go to test the car. I ask the seller who shows me the car if he confirms what the other colleague told me. It tells me that the options are included. Well. I make the purchase and after a few days I collect the car. As soon as I leave the dealership, the “low tire pressure” sign comes on. I go back, reset the option and tell me it will resolve. Now towards home, the message reappears. Nothing, they probably haven't inflated the tires. Even if I think it's one of the first things to do, it doesn't matter. I inflate them.
I arrive home and start studying the different options. Who would have thought that more than 500 euros of options are missing. I call and these are the answers: the first seller tells me: "I check the email and let you know. Maybe it will have escaped me ”. Strange since he also answered me. However, he never called me back. The second tells me: “I take care of Nissans, I confirmed what they told me”. Without words.
Suppose everything was done in good faith. I just have to think that it is just superficiality and incompetence. The truth is that trusting is good, not trusting is better, especially them.

Serietà...sottolineo questo aneddoto xè 2gg fa, non ha voluto farmi la revisione xè i pneumatici erano poco sotto il limite e Giustamente sono andato a sostituire il treno gomme! Grazie...alla prossima ?????

I underline this anecdote xè 2 days ago, he did not want to make me the revision xè the tires were just under the limit and I rightly went to replace the tire set! Thanks ... see you next time ?????

Dopo la vostra risposta chiarisco: sono passato da voi con una talisman per un problema alla parte multimediale, un vostro operatore era piuttosto impacciato ad usare un r link (chiedeva a me le cose) e mi ha detto che avrei dovuto prendere appuntamento, avevo un problema di vibrazione ad una ruota ed anche solo per provarla avrei dovuto prendere un appuntamento. Ragazzi io un appuntamento lo prendo ma per risolvere il problema, non per "dare un occhiata". Mai successo.
