★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2020 non comunicano i prezzi per telefono, non sono disposti nemmeno a inviare un preventivo per email e non si occupano di alcun lavoro se non hai acquistato da loro (a cifre esagerate) anche i pneumatici.
Ricordatevi che sono le stesse case produttrici a vendere online i pneumatici a costi nettamente inferiori.
Imparate a farvi pagare il solo servizio, a farlo a regola d'arte e senza rubare soldi sull'acquisto dei componenti (come i meccanici) e vedrete che le cose andranno meglio.
Professionalità ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un foro ad una gomma, hanno mandato via e lasciato a piedi la mia ragazza. Dopo più di un'ora è tornata e solo dopo aver insistito dicendo che altrimenti l'avrebbe portata via, gliel'hanno fatta per 8€.
Riparare un foro ad una gomma richiede al massimo 5 minuti di lavoro a prendersela comoda. Non trovare il tempo di riparlarla e addirittura dire di ripassare a fine mattinata per questo, anche se nel periodo del cambio gomme, mi sembra davvero indelicato.
Viste le tante recensioni positive sarà stato un caso, metto due stelle solo per questa supposizione, altrimenti sarebbe stato da 1.

Chiaramente nelle date fatidiche del cambio stagionale occorre prenotare con anticipo. Come sempre, competenza e gentilezza contraddistinguono questa officina.
