Ho visualizzato un articolo sul loro sito, in cui veniva menzionato uno sconto del 30% (ho la prova di uno screenshot). Sono andata cortesemente a chiedere sulla loro pagina facebook come applicare al carrello il suddetto sconto, e non solo non mi hanno degnata di risposta, hanno cancellato prontamente lo sconto scritto nell'articolo in questione. Ho trovato il tutto poco professionale e molto poco gentile verso una probabile cliente. Semmai sarebbe bastato dire che c'era stato un errore e l'articolo non era scontato... . Pertanto invito chiunque alla cautela!!! Io che faccio spessissimo acquisti online mi dirigerò verso altri negozi. Sorry to leave a bad review but as far as I'm concerned they are not serious at all. I viewed an article on their site, which mentioned a 30% discount (I have proof of a screenshot). I kindly went to ask on their facebook page how to apply the aforementioned discount to the cart, and not only did they not deign to reply, they promptly canceled the discount written in the article in question. I found it unprofessional and very unkind to a prospective client. If anything, it would have been enough to say that there had been an error and the article was not taken for granted .... Therefore I urge anyone to be careful !!! I, who shop online very often, will go to other stores.

Non amavo acquistare su internet perché ho avuto sempre problemi a trovare la taglia 38 o xs che mi vestisse bene e pertanto era una vera seccatura fare continui resi, molto spesso a pagamento. Con Relish invece ho risolto perché trovo capi particolari, ben fatti, che mi vestono bene, adatti ad ogni occasione e posso scegliere l'opzione reso gratuito, pertanto come potrei cambiare?! Anzi!! Mi auguro aggiungano presto il n. 35 per le calzature perché sono stupende!!! I have known the company for almost a year. I did not like to shop on the internet because I always had problems finding the size 38 or xs that fit me well and therefore it was a real hassle to make continuous returns, very often for a fee. With Relish, on the other hand, I solved it because I find particular garments, well made, that fit me well, suitable for any occasion and I can choose the free return option, so how could I change ?! On the contrary!! I hope they will soon add n. 35 for shoes because they are gorgeous !!!
