★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!...chiamati e richiamati non sono mai venuti a vedere il problema che la casetta in legno aveva avuto...ci sono andato anche di persona e anche lì " entro massimo domani ti facciamo sapere"...mai sentiti!!!
Terrible! ... called and called back they never came to see the problem that the wooden house had had ... I also went there in person and even there "within tomorrow we will let you know" ... never heard! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ai primi di agosto di quest’anno ho ordinato del legname per la costruzione di una casetta in legno; la consegna, pattuita per la fine di settembre, è in realtà avvenuta alla metà di dicembre senza che ci fosse alcun avvertimento del forte ritardo. Le perline per la realizzazione del vano apertura sono risultate inoltre di altezza diversa rispetto a quelle del resto della struttura e solo con abilità (e pazienza) nel montaggio è stato possibile minimizzare l’anomalia che è comunque rimasta ben visibile. Esperienza decisamente deludente, venditore da sconsigliare.
In early August of this year, I ordered timber for the construction of a wooden cottage; the delivery, agreed for the end of September, actually took place in mid-December without any warning of the strong delay. The beads for the realization of the opening compartment were also of different height than those of the rest of the structure and only with skill (and patience) in the assembly was it possible to minimize the anomaly which however remained clearly visible. Definitely disappointing experience, seller not recommended.
