You can’t open the windows as that would be too loud.
Very unfriendly person at the reception. A shock after a beautiful trip through Tuscany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Relais Vila Il Sasso for a weekend, renting the whole property exclusively for our family to celebrate our wedding.
The villa is conveniently located 15 minutes’ drive from Florence, in an area without traffic. The surroundings are quiet and charming, allowing to escape from the city commotion. The location itself is gorgeous – huge rooms and bathrooms, all tastefully furnished and designed, the whole property impeccably maintained.
But the cherry on the cake is definitely the brilliant service! During our stay Emiliano and the rest of the team was gracious, attentive and efficient. Every request was met with a smile and instantly fulfilled. Everything about the property was exceptional and we are looking forward to going back for our anniversary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough good things about this Villa Il Sasso. Unfortunately, we found it by happenstance after my mother fell ill while on vacation. This property is close to the hospital and we stayed for nearly 2 weeks. The staff, especially Francesca, went above and beyond every single day to help us during this very challenging time. The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are well decorated and kept. This was our sanctuary after spending all of our days at the hospital visiting. We really can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality!

The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, like we were coming home and Francesca at the front desk went above and beyond for us!!! She was amazing.
The room was huge and spotlessly cleaned everyday and you cannot beat the pool area. It is so beautiful and serene.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words can't describe how beautiful the villa is, the service is great. We, two adults two kids, stayed at the suit which has direct access to the pool. The kids love it. Breakfast is good too. Would be better if baby cot can be provided.
