I servizi offerti sono ottimi, sia che si affitti un ufficio o una sala riunioni, sia che si usufruisca della business lounge, una delle più grandi e comode d'Europa. Tutto lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La zona è centralissima e comoda da raggiungere. The Regus Roma Barberini center is one of the best business centers in which it has been. The services offered are excellent, whether you are renting an office or a meeting room, or using the business lounge, one of the largest and most comfortable in Europe. All the staff is always friendly and available for any need. The area is very central and easy to reach.

I piani dispongono di una piccola canteen dove è possibile fare un break, oltre a un piccolo giardinetto all'aperto. Il piano alla reception, invece, dispone di tutti gli strumenti utili a sbrigare lavori di cancelleria, oltre a un'ampia area relax e un grande giardino all'aperto. Infine, ma non meno importante, c'è da menzionare la professionalità dallo staff del centro che è sempre cortese e disponibile, ma soprattutto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. I must recognize that the services offered by the "Regus Roma Barberini" are level, the attention to the customer is precise and punctual, the spaces are rationally distributed and the comfort of the offices allows to work harmoniously and without distractions. The floors have a small canteen where you can take a break, as well as a small outdoor garden. The floor at the reception, on the other hand, has all the tools needed to attend to stationery, as well as a large relaxation area and a large outdoor garden. Last but not least, professionalism is to be mentioned by the staff of the center who are always courteous and helpful, but above all attentive to customer needs.

F	Ferraro N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disaster. I used this service until 2013 and It offered a great service until then. Yesterday I rented office space for an online meeting. It was a total disaster. They didn't activate the internet connection until 18 minutes after my arrival. I could not connect on time. I had to go downstairs at the reception twice. The first time the Lady at reception forgot to give me the electronic chip to open the doors at the first floor. When I arrived in front of the door I was not able to open. Of course she did not mention I will need a pass. Then, the internet connection did not work. After many attempts, I went downstairs at the reception again. Just to find out that the lady had just activated my internet connection in that very moment. I booked from 14 to 15.30 hrs, I arrived on time and it took them 18 minutes to grant me internet access. In fact, I received a an email from their network informing me I could access the internet at 14.18. This delay ruined my online meeting. They are slow, distracted and totally absent. There are no instructions on the office premises on how to proceed and they don't provide any help or information. Nevertheless, I had called them in the morning to confirm the rent of the office space which was paid in advance. They just let you find out that things do not work at the very moment when you try to use them. The call center I called in the morning on the same day was of no help too. They don't specify what kind of equipment is in the office space, in the co working space.. etc.
