La sede di Regus Napoli Municipio è senza dubbio la più confortevole e funzionale: la location è prestigiosa e centralissima, lo spazio offre piena autonomia e operatività, il Team è altamente professionale, cordiale e disponibile.

The headquarters of Regus Napoli Municipio is undoubtedly the most comfortable and functional: the location is prestigious and central, the space offers full autonomy and operability, the Team is highly professional, friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da utilizzatore della Business Lounge, lo spazio della sede Municipio di Napoli è tra i più accoglienti in assoluto. Collocata all'interno dell'Hotel Reinessance, offre una discreta autonomia, spazi ampi. Buoni i servizi offerti, ottimo quello di accoglienza, con un team professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile.
Fino ad oggi ho avuto modo di utilizzare altre sedi Regus, che per una ragione o l'altra non pareggiano la qualità della sede Municipio di Napoli. In ogni caso la Carta gold è una buona soluzione per chi non svolge un'attività duratura sempre nella stessa città, trovando nei grossi centri spazi accoglienti e soluzioni personalizzate.
As a user of the Business Lounge, the space of the Naples Town Hall is among the most welcoming ever. Located inside the Hotel Reinessance, it offers a discrete autonomy, large spaces. The services offered are excellent, the reception is excellent, with a professional, friendly and always available team.
Until today I have had the opportunity to use other Regus offices, which for one reason or another do not balance the quality of the Naples Town Hall. In any case, the Gold Card is a good solution for those who do not carry out a long-lasting activity in the same city, finding cozy spaces and customized solutions in the big centers.

First of all it's impossible to do anything with them online. The only thing available is a phone number. I was travelling and didn't want to use my phone to be given a sales pitch. It took days to find an email address.
Their pricing really isn't suitable for anyone looking to book a space as an individual. It's really expensive.
I only wanted a space for meetings for 8 days. I signed a contract for a certain price. I ended up getting charged for two months instead. More than double the price I had signed up for. They refused to refund the money. I felt like I had been scammed.
The space itself was fine if empty. But if other people were in there it was really noisy. Impossible to have meetings, which defeated the purpose of me being there in the first place.
Stay away from Regus unless you're a company with endless money. They'll rip you off if you're an individual.
