Tempi fuori dal comune per ricevere la borsa di studio (che ancora non è arrivata tra l'altro personalmente) anche essendo ai primi posti in graduatoria. Sistemi vecchi e non aggiornati, lenti, che spesso non funzionano e che addirittura hanno garantito che la mia borsa di studio del secondo anno venisse temporaneamente sospesa per un errore non mio, ma del sistema stesso (tra l'altro, errore notificato solo sulla piattaforma, senza nemmeno una mail di avviso). Orari di ufficio da scansafatiche, impossibile che in una settimana solo 3 siano i giorni di attività, tra l'altro con un orario LUNGHISSIMO di 3 ore. Proprio il tempo che serve per gestire non so quante migliaia di studenti. Il tutto è veramente vergognoso, considerando che è un ente dispensatore di un servizio NECESSARIO per molti studenti che in altro modo non avrebbero accesso al diritto allo studio. Tre cristi in croce messi in ufficio assegnazione a (non) svolgere bene il proprio lavoro, rifiutando chiamate, allungando i tempi e impedendo alla gente di esporsi. Come diceva qualche utente nelle recensioni, il sistema è vecchio e antiquato, ed è brutto pensare che non sarà la prima e neanche l'ultima volta che accadrà un episodio simile.
