Due mesi di attesa per avere come risposta il rigetto dello stesso, con una semplice motivazione risicata che dimostra chiaramente la mancata lettura della documentazione presentata. Conclusione: fanno gli interessi della casta e non dell'utenza che dovrebbero servire. Utenza che con le proprie tasse paga lo stipendio a questi qui.
