★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto molto squisito, davvero un dolce tira l’altro, volevo prenotare il panettone artigianale, ma lo fate anche con il ripieno di gelato ?
Aggiornamento 14 dicembre: 7 panettoni presi, non vedo l’ora di provarli. Nel frattempo mi godo i pasticcini.. sono spettacolari nonostante i 680km che hanno percorso!!! complimenti davvero.
All very delicious, really one dessert leads to another, I wanted to book the artisan panettone, but do you also do it with an ice cream filling?
Update 14 December: 7 panettone taken, I can't wait to try them. In the meantime I enjoy the pastries .. they are spectacular despite the 680km they have covered !!! sincere congratulations.

Strictly artisanal pastry, in the mouth you immediately feel the taste of fresh products ... not the usual pastries ... intense and pleasant aromas ... finally a real pastry at tricase!

A very pleasant discovery during your holiday in Salento, the Regina di Tricase pastry shop. I ate some superlative pasticciotti, the best ever tasted in my multiple holidays in Puglia. Both the traditional and the fantastic creative variations ... definitely not to be missed! All the artisanal and high quality products ... I will miss them like the sea of Salento. Goodbye Regina

Profumato, morbido ma consistente e con una glassa croccante irresistibile.
Dalla qualità dei canditi si capisce che non hanno lesinato sulle materie prime.
Quando capiterò in Salento non mancherò di fare una capatina per provare altre delizie.
Unfortunately I have only the photos left, but the panettone was the best I have ever eaten.
Fragrant, soft but consistent and with an irresistible crunchy glaze.
From the quality of the candied fruit it is clear that they have not skimped on raw materials.
When I happen to be in Salento I will not fail to take a trip to try other delights.
