★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr ansprechendes Geschäft, aber heute hatte ich an der Kasse ein denkwürdiges Erlebnis: Meine Schwester wollte ihre Einkäufe, gerade weil an der Kasse auch eine Aufforderung zur digitalen Zahlung steht, mit Bancomat bezahlen. Als es beim ersten Versuch nicht funktionierte, äußerte die Verkäuferin den Gedanken, meine Schwester müsse dieses Monat ihr Limit schon überschritten haben und solle doch bitte in bar bezahlen. Als meine Schwester insistierte und feststellte, dass dies nicht der Fall sei und sie es ein zweites Mal versuchen solle, wiegelte die Verkäuferin ab und konnte erst durch sehr entschiedenes Einschreiten meiner Schwester dazu bewegt werden. Diesmal
funktionierte es. Daraufhin sprach meine Schwester die Verkäuferin auf ihr Verhalten an und dass es unmöglich sei, einem Kunden eine finanzielle Misere abzudichten, wenn der Bancomat nicht das erste Mal funktioniere. Dann sagte sie, so werde sie das Geschäft in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen, worauf die Verkäuferin erwiderte, dies wäre ihr total egal.
Ich werde nicht so schnell wiederkommen.

Sempre andata malvolentieri in questo punto vendita,ma per la comodità ci son sempre passata sopra.Ieri ho chiesto cortesemente alla cassiera di poter vedere una trousse di trucchi.erano esposte all'ultimo scaffale in alto.La cassiera pur di non prendere una scala si è arrampicata saltellando , facendo cadere una delle trousse a terra ( il malcapitato che la acquisterà se lo troverà in frantumi). Alla mia richiesta di sapere le combinazioni di colori delle altre trousse prima risponde scazzata che son tutte uguali, poi vedendo che comunque ne io e mia figlia siamo stupide , ha cercato nuovamente di saltellare su e giù per prendere le altre degli altri colori in cima alla mensola. Sbuffando vedendo che non riusciva a prendere nulla che fa? Alza gli occhi, sbuffa e lancia con scazzo la scatola vuota della trousse sul bancone della cassa dicendo che tocca prendere la scala.io e mia figlia basite. Ma è modo di comportarsi questo? Se il personale non ha voglia di essere "disturbato" dalle richieste dei clienti, cambiasse lavoro, e lasciasse il posto d'impiego a chi se lo merita davvero! Vergogna!MAI MAI MAI PIU! per fortuna a Bolzano, sono cortesi e competenti.
