Il locale non è molto grande è una pizzeria d'asporto , ma il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile e si riesce a mangiare lì senza problemi anche in quattro con due tavoli. Gli ingredienti sono freschi e molto buoni, usa il lievito madre, e le sue pizze sono molto digeribili anche se le mangio alle 23 le digerisco senza problemi! (io sono tra quelle persone che non digerivano la pizza tra la poca lievitazione, e i cibi di poca qualità, quindi avevo smesso di mangiarla. Poi ho conosciuto questa pizzeria ed è più di un anno che sono cliente fissa più che soddisfatta. ) Pizza squisita, panini kebab e piadine kebab fatte da lui, fa anche una specie di piadina dolce con Nutella cocco e altro che non ricordo, l'ho assaggiata solo una volta, non vado pazza per i dolci, ma era veramente buona. V	Vincenzo (NJB) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐ Ordinato 1 volta e devo dire che questa è stata una delle pizze peggiori che abbia mai mangiato, altri commenti dicono il contrario, ma spiego brevemente cos'è che dovrebbe migliorare, mi trovo in questo ramo da 10 anni e devo dire che l'impasto non è lievitato anche se usa il lievito madre, o semplicemente è dosato male, ci sono molte tecniche per attivare la lievitazione ma troppo lungo da spiegare, l'impasto risulta gommoso, quando la si morde non senti lo scrocchiare dell'impasto come dovrebbe essere, quando viene piegata e come piegare del cartone, la cottura sembra fatta nel forno elettrico, perché se fosse a legna dovrà migliorare anche la cottura perché si presenta bianca, con poco pomodoro e poca mozzarella il che rende la pizza un freesbe da lanciare, concluderei col dire di fare attenzione quando si legge un ordine, l'errore ci sta ma accusare il cliente di non saper ordinare è azzardato, perché carta canta.
