Fui a regarda travel y me ayudaron inmediatamente y me dieron un apartamento mucho mejor con vista al mar sin costo extra y se pusieron en contacto con hotels com por su error de decir que ese otro lugar permitía perros. La chica que me atendió fue súper simpática y eficiente. They helped me a lot. I had a problem booking with hotels com and when I arrived the place did not want to receive me because I went with my dog. I went to irrigated travel and they helped me immediately and gave me a much better apartment with ocean view at no extra cost and contacted hotels com for their mistake of saying that other place allowed dogs. The girl who attended to me was super nice and efficient.

Ero lì per lavoro ma poi sembrava di essere in villeggiatura. Romina è cortese e molto professionale. L'Archetto stayed in the residence. It has everything you need. Small but secluded garden. I was there for work but then it seemed to be on vacation. Romina is courteous and very professional.

S	Sam Ludwig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben über Regarda Travel eine Fewo am Gardasee für 1 Woche gebucht. Der Service war zu jeder Zeit klasse von den zwei Damen. Der Preis der Wohnung war allerdings zu hoch, so haben wir dies auch über die Internetseite von Regarda Travel nach unserem Urlaub bewertet (mittelmäßige Bewertung, nicht schlecht). Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, wir kamen mit Baby und mussten erstmal mehrfach den Boden wischen um unser Baby guten Gewissens dort krabbeln zu lassen (Putztücher waren schwarz), das Bett war durchgelegen, das Sofa war ebenfalls durchgelegen und kaputt, dies wurde mit einem Spannbetttuch über dem Sofa kaschiert, der Klorollenhalter fällt ständig ab, die Gartenmöbel waren aus der günstigsten Kategorie (Plastik und teilweise kaputt) und einfach nicht einladend. Hierfür knapp 900 Euro in der Hauptsaison zu verlangen entspricht nicht meinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotz tollen Service und schöner Poolanlage auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. !!!unsere Bewertung wurde allerdings nie online gestellt!!! mit der Begründung, die Putzfrau wäre noch einmal gekommen, wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten und die Gartenmöbel stehen das ganze Jahr draußen, daher welche aus Plastik. Das finde ich persönlich eine Frechheit. Ich erwarte, dass die Wohnung halbwegs sauber ist und nicht erst nach Beschwerde und trotz, dass die Gartenmöbel draußen stehen, könnte man mal robustere, neue Möbel anschaffen. Also lasst Euch nicht von den durchgehend guten Bewertungen der angebotenen Fewos täuschen, kritischere Bewertungen werden einfach nicht online gestellt!!! We booked an apartment on Lake Garda for 1 week through Regarda Travel. The service was great from the two ladies at all times. The price of the apartment was too high, however, so we rated it on the Regarda Travel website after our vacation (mediocre rating, not bad). The apartment was not clean, we came with a baby and had to wipe the floor several times to let our baby crawl there with a clear conscience (cleaning cloths were black), the bed was sagging, the sofa was also sagging and broken, this was done with a fitted sheet Concealed over the sofa, the toilet roll holder keeps falling off, the garden furniture was from the cheapest category (plastic and partly broken) and just not inviting. To charge almost 900 euros for this in the main season does not correspond to my price-performance ratio, despite great service and a beautiful pool area across the street. !!! However, our rating was never put online !!! on the grounds that the cleaning lady would have come again if we had said something and the garden furniture is outside all year round, hence some made of plastic. Personally, I find that a cheek. I expect the apartment to be reasonably clean and not only after a complaint and despite the fact that the garden furniture is outside, you could buy more robust, new furniture. So do not be fooled by the consistently good reviews of the offered apartments, more critical reviews are simply not put online!

Es hat an nicht's gefehlt und die Damen von Regarda waren sehr sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder. Any time. Everything worked out wonderfully. The apartment was a dream. There was nothing missing and the ladies from Regarda were very, very friendly and uncomplicated. A wonderful vacation. We will be back.
