Non è successo ieri, ma una settimana fa e non era orario di chiusura. Oggi Google mi ha fatto un riassunto dei luoghi in cui sono stata, chiedendo recensione, e me ne sono ricordata. Ero a Caltanissetta di passaggio e mi siete stati consigliati, magari in futuro mi ricrederò. We needed time to choose what to buy, chased and controlled like thieves by two shop assistants. Finalmente dopo tanto cercare , su Instagram mi imbatto nella pagina di Regalandia Caltanissetta, aveva ancora due pezzi, ho chiesto gentilezza di tenerlo bloccato mentre saldavo il tutto per la spedizione. Il pacco la mattina dopo era già in partenza per Salerno. Tutto ok, zaino splendido e abbiamo reso insieme un bambino felice! Grazie ancora di cuore! Personale alla mano....per quanto riguarda il titolare non mi esprimo per la sua fede sportiva..... Unica pecca, piccolo il locale per contenere la grande quantità di merce che possiede. Personale disponibile e cordiale, prezzi nella norma. Offre la possibilità di fare acquisti per la scuola: dagli zaini ai quaderni, notevole varietà di penne, colori di vario genere , diari e quant'altro occorre. I prezzi sono accettabili e, comunque, vanno rapportati all'articolo acquistato. Sono stata in negozio, giusto un paio di giorni fa, alla ricerca di uno zaino . Mi accolgono le signorine garbatissime che hanno mostrato vari articoli del genere cercato e, sembrava che avessimo trovato uno zaino Invicta che rispondeva alle mie esigenze. Disposta ad acquistare finché vedo due avvisi, sullo scaffale che conteneva gli articoli , che dicevano : Invicta sconto 20%; Comix sconto 30%. Pur disposta ad acquistare, gioivo dello sconto , ma la garbatissima signorina mi dice: " lo sconto non è sullo zaino ma sugli accessori tipo: borraccia, astuccio..." Mi sono lamentata per la "mancanza di chiarezza " per cui, un po' contrariata, quel giorno non ho acquistato. Willing to buy as long as I see two notices, on the shelf that contained the items, which said: Invicta 20% discount; Comix 30% discount. While willing to buy, I enjoyed the discount, but the very polite young lady tells me: "the discount is not on the backpack but on accessories such as: water bottle, pencil case ..." I complained about the "lack of clarity" for which, a little annoyed, I didn't buy that day.
