Martina è un' insegnante speciale che mi ha permesso di avvicinarmi alla pratica yoga con estrema delicatezza rispettando il "giusto tempo" nel trasmettermi questa disciplina. Molto preparata sia nella parte pratica che teorica, che Martina Propone in ogni lezione. Il luogo è accogliente, la sala pratica al piano di sotto è davvero bella e può accogliere 6-7 persone: questo è un punto a favore perché ti permette di praticare con un gruppo ristretto di persone.? I have been practicing yoga at the Reef for a year. Martina is a special teacher who allowed me to approach yoga practice with extreme delicacy respecting the "right time" in transmitting this discipline to me. Very prepared both in the practical and theoretical part, which Martina proposes in each lesson. The place is welcoming, the practice room downstairs is really nice and can accommodate 6-7 people: this is a plus because it allows you to practice with a small group of people.
