★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili e poco professionali. Ho acquistato una batteria redox auto dynamic, con il loro logo, nell'agosto del 2018, che due settimane fa non ha più funzionato. Ho portato la batteria al negozio, mi è stato chiesto di lasciarla per verificare e che mi avrebbero chiamato. Oggi mi sono recato nel negozio per avere notizie e mi è stato detto che la batteria era guasta. Alla mia richiesta del cambio essendo ancora in garanzia (per legge vale due anni - Dlgs n. 24/2004 Garanzia per i beni di consumo) mi è stato rifiutato, in quanto la batteria era stata già utilizzata per quasi due anni e che comunque per loro la garanzia valeva solo un anno.
Unreliable and unprofessional. I purchased an auto dynamic redox battery, with their logo, in August 2018, which no longer worked two weeks ago. I took the battery to the store, I was asked to leave it to check and they would call me. Today I went to the shop to get news and I was told that the battery was out of order. At my request for the exchange being still under warranty (by law it is valid for two years - Legislative Decree n. 24/2004 Warranty for consumer goods) I was refused, as the battery had already been used for almost two years and that in any case for their warranty was only valid for one year.

La cosa che apprezzo è la grande varietà di scelta, hanno marche per tutte le tasche, dalla Optima, Varta, Sparco, Yuasa, Redox a scendere. Oltre ad avere anche pneumatici e accessori indispensabili per situazioni di emergenza come cavi ed altro.
Honest, professional and helpful. I bought several car cleaning products, air fresheners and engine additives at very affordable prices. I also bought a battery for my car, they provided me with a receipt and warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The thing I appreciate is the great variety of choice, they have brands for all budgets, from Optima, Varta, Sparco, Yuasa, Redox to go down. In addition to having tires and accessories essential for emergency situations such as cables and more.
