★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema con il termocamino e la red fire mi ha messo in contatto con il sig.re Franco, il quale si è dimostrato oltre ad essere un professionista nel proprio campo anche un persona molto disponibile, infatti telefonicamente mi ha spiegato, aiutato e sopratutto SOPPORTATO nel cercare una soluzione al mio guasto. Inutile dirvi che mentre per altri "professionisti" la soluzione era quella di un intervento radicale il sig.re Franco è riuscito a risolvere, ripeto a distanza e con foto, il mio guasto senza chiedere soldi e soprattutto con gentilezza (di sabato pomeriggio). Grazie e complimenti per la serietà ed onestà
