V	Vin Ing. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist diese Konzlei aus underer Sicht in Sachen "Inkasso/Schuldeneintribung" nicht zu empfehlen. Kurz gefasst: Im November 2018 haben wir einen Fall zwecks Eintreibung von Außenständen (ca. 50K€) bei einem italiensichen Kunden bei dieser Kanzlei eröffnet. Uns wurde das Verfahren von Herrn Rottensteiner als "Eilverfahren" verkauft. Fakt ist wir haben heute Juli 2019 und es ist absolut nichts passiert. Weder hat der Kunde igrndein "Drohschreiben" von der Kanzlei" erhalten noch gibt es irgendeine andere Bewegung in diesem Fall. Der Schuldner hat mittlerweile halb Europa betrogen und die zuständige Richterin in Italien hat sich absolut nicht gekümmert und wurde obendrein auch noch von Herrn Rottensteiner "verteidigt". Mehrer Anfragen von uns an Herrn Rottensteiner die Richterin zu kontaktieren, weil absolut nichts passierte, wurden abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass es unüblich sei und evtl. dazu führt das der Fall garnicht mehr bearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns als Mandant absolut nicht vertreten gefühlt und hätten die ganze Angelegenheit komplett anders angehen sollen. Am Ende haben wir nur weiteres Geld vebrannt ohne irgendein Ergebnis daher absolut keine Empfehlung von unserer Seite. Unfortunately, this Konzlei from the underer view in terms of "collection / debt collection" not recommended. In a nutshell: in November 2018, we opened a case for the collection of outstanding debts (about 50K €) from an Italian client at this law firm. We were sold the procedure of Mr. Rottensteiner as "express procedure". The fact is we have today in July 2019 and absolutely nothing happened. Neither has the customer received a "threatening letter" from the law office "nor is there any other movement in this case." The debtor has meanwhile cheated on half of Europe and the responsible judge in Italy did not care at all and was also assisted by Mr. Rottensteiner " Several requests from us to Mr. Rottensteiner to contact the judge, because absolutely nothing happened, were rejected on the grounds that it was unusual and possibly leads to the case is no longer processed.We have a client absolutely not felt we should have handled the whole thing completely differently and in the end we just burned more money without any result so absolutely no recommendation from our side.

Es ging um eine Forderung aus Italien mit Hohe 5 Stellige Summe. Der Herr Rechtsanwalt Rottensteiner war teilweise nicht erreichbar. Er gab uns die Information das er alles im Griff hat! Nach jedem Kontakt die WIR mit Ihm aufgenommen haben sagte er das er die Sache verfolge! So vergingen ca. 7 Monate. Zum Schluss hieß es das der Schuldner ausgewandert ist. Das Mann da nichts mehr machen kann. Er hat sein Honorar bekommen. Der Herr Rechtsanwalt hat die Sache leider nicht so verfolgt wie es sein sollte. Er hat zu spät reagiert. Der Schuldner ist untergetaucht. Die Summe ich leider nicht mehr zu retten. Danke Herr Rechtsanwalt Rottensteiner, durch Ihre nicht konzentrierte Arbeit bleiben wir auf unsere Schaden plus Ihre kosten hängen!! NIE wieder eine Kooperation mit Ihnen und Ihre Kanzlei!!! The lawyer Rottensteiner was partially unavailable. He gave us the information that he has everything under control! After every contact that WE recorded with Him, he said that he was following it! So, about 7 months passed. In the end, it was said that the debtor has emigrated. The man can not do anything anymore. He got his fee. The lawyer unfortunately did not pursue the case as it should. He reacted too late. The debtor has disappeared. Unfortunately I can not save the sum anymore. Thanks Mr. Attorney Rottensteiner, through your non-focused work, we remain on our damage plus your costs! NEVER again a cooperation with you and your law firm !!!
