Initially all contact went by mail, and Cristian sent a list of current houses within our wishes and budget. All our inquiries and questions, was quickly dispatched. When visiting Tropea, he showed us several properties that were suited our needs and budget, and at no time did we feel pressured to make any decisions. We came to buy, and further in the process, he has been absolutely invaluable to us. It is not unproblematic to buy a property in another country with unfamiliar procedures, laws and regulations, not to mention language barriers. With Cristian's professionalism and helpfulness, he led us through the whole buying process in a wonderful way. We felt completely safe. Everything from signing the contract, creation of bank account to city services was handled very professionally. In addition to Cristian’s professionality as mediator, his helpfulness is totally unique. Also after the purchase he has been far more helpful than what we expected. He arranges craftsmen at short notice, relations with suppliers of furniture etc. And always with kindness!
