Assistenza zero, mancanza di attenzione nelle pratiche, si rifiutano di venire incontro al cliente nascondendosi dietro a pratiche burocratiche, nel 2020 non è concepibile che copie digitali siano difficili da veicolare al cliente! Per di più in un epoca in cui si lavora in remoto e si fa tutto online, sono poco avvezzi ad avere un contatto telefonico con il CLIENTE e sembra che tu stia facendo un favore a loro! Gli orari presenti su Google non sono da considerare e ad Agosto lavorano solo dalle 9 del mattino alle 13. Per ogni stipula o richiesta bisogna andare in agenzia, mai più! Dopo tale esperienza, anche a costo di pagare qualcosina in più, non stipulerò in aggiunta altre polize e alla scadenza del contratto assicurativo cercherò un AGENZIA che sappia stare al passo coi tempi e che si dedichi al cliente!
