Wir haben telefonisch vereinbart für den nächsten Tag zwei Liegen zu reservieren, nachdem wir ausdrücklich besprochen haben, welche wir uns vorstellen. Uns wurde versichert, wir bekommen die entsprechenden Liegen.
Am Folgetag kamen wir an und wir wurden zu genau den Liegen gewiesen bei denen wir ausdrücklich gesagt hätten das wir sie nicht beziehen möchten.
Trotz einer gehörigen Portion Trinkgeld am Vortag und gutem Verständnis untereinander wurde uns nur gesagt dass wir ja gehen können, trotzdem aber den vollen Tarif bezahlen müssten. Das geht garnicht, vor allem nicht, wenn man dann auch noch frech wird. Trotz meiner anfänglich freundlichen Bitte nach Nachsicht wurde der Strandwart immer sturer.
Nichts desto trotz, ließ er uns ohne Geld nicht gehen. An dieser Stelle hätte ich mir auch von dem restlichen Personal mehr Engagement erwartet, so geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um.
Non va bene, hat sogar mir mir als Deutsch/Italiener den Tag versaut.
Nice bathing establishment, but ...:
We agreed by phone to reserve two loungers for the next day after we had explicitly discussed which one we would like to introduce. We were assured that we would get the appropriate loungers.
The next day we arrived and we were directed to exactly the loungers where we had expressly said that we did not want to use them.
Despite a good portion of tip the day before and a good understanding among each other, we were only told that we can go, but still have to pay the full tariff. That doesn't work at all, especially not if you also get cheeky. Despite my initially friendly plea for indulgence, the beach attendant became more and more stubborn.
Nevertheless, he wouldn't let us go without money. At this point I would have expected more commitment from the rest of the staff, this is not how you treat your customers.
Non va bene, even ruined my day as a German / Italian.

Small Beach, well maintained, and well spaced sun umbrellas, fine cold dishes. Pleasant food and aperitif area. Fair prices.
