★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che posso mi fermo volentieri qui dal Re Norcino, perché si vende uno dei ciauscoli più buoni che abbiamo mai assaggiato. Questo salame spalmabile tipico marchigiano è fatto solo con ingredienti di prima scelta e quando si mangia si scioglie letteralmente in bocca. All’occorrenza offrono anche un servizio di insacchettamento sottovuoto per 0,30 centesimi cadauno. Ottima anche la selezione di prodotti tipici locali, tra cui segnalo il vino Vernaccia, raro caso di spumante rosso.
Whenever I can, I gladly stop here at Re Norcino, because it sells one of the best ciauscoli we have ever tasted. This typical Marche spreadable salami is made only with first choice ingredients and when eaten it literally melts in your mouth. If necessary, they also offer a vacuum bagging service for 0.30 cents each. The selection of typical local products is also excellent, including Vernaccia wine, a rare case of red sparkling wine.
