The entire process was absolutely new to me since I never sold this kind of big size garage previously in my life.
Davide was always available for any kind of question… and I had a lot.
The process was quite long because the bureaucracy, missing documents, COVID, and all the trouble you face in this kind of big selling, but he was a great support and problem solver.
I also passed his contact to other people interested in selling or buying and if back to the market again I would definitely engage him again.

La mia esperienza col signor Davide Amenta per la vendita del mio garage è stata ottima.
Tutto l’iter mi era completamente nuovo dato che nella mia vita non avevo mai venduto un immobile così grande.
Davide è stato sempre disponibile per qualunque tipo di domanda… e ne avevo molte.
La trafila è stata lunga per colpa della burocrazia, di documenti mancanti, del COVID, e di tutti i problemi che si affrontano in questo tipo di grosse vendite, ma lui è stato un validissimo supporto ed ha risolto moltissimi problemi.
Ho anche passato il suo contatto ad altre persone interessate a vendere ed acquistare e se dovessi tornare sul mercato sicuramente mia avvarrei del suo aiuto.
