Agenzia da consigliare I recently bought a property and was followed by Mrs. Anastasia, a well-trained, kind and always available person for any request, even if not related to the purchase of the apartment. Se fossi il proprietario selezionerei meglio gli agenti. Real Estate Agent Anastasia made us move twice to the apartment where we had an appointment without ever showing up and without ever answering the phone, both mobile and landline of the Agency. If I were the owner I'd better select agents.

Un agente immobiliare non dovrebbe mai mettere da parte sincerità, correttezza e buone maniere con i clienti che ha davanti. A decidedly unprofessional agency, at least in my experience, which I hope will remain an isolated case. A real estate agent should never put aside sincerity, fairness and good manners with clients in front of him.

G	Gerardo Vendemia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Vengo chiamato dalla segretaria per UN LORO CLIENTE interessato ad un locale da me (privato) proposto in affitto. Fissiamo un appuntamento presso lo stesso. Specifico che mi sarei recato appositamente a Roma (200 km da casa), quindi li prego di essere puntuali e farmi spostare se realmente interessati; 2) circa tre ore prima dell'appuntamento, alle ore 7:30 di mattina, invio un pro-memoria per ricordare lo stesso: messaggio letto, senza risposta. Parto, confidando nella loro paventata professionalità; 3) Il referente mi chiama 10 MINUTI prima per annullare l'appuntamento in quanto "impegnato in un atto". Dopo aver specificato che ero appositamente andato sul posto, mi telefona prontamente per sapere "di cosa parliamo" (non ne sapeva assolutamente nulla). Mi invita dunque a inviare link dell'annuncio con le foto del locale: avrebbe inviato entro un'ora un nuovo referente. Specifica che NON C'E' UN CLIENTE interessato, loro ne hanno tantissimi a cui proporlo... 4) Me ne ero già andato, ma comunque nessuno mi ha più cercato: avrei passato sul posto altro tempo inutile! In sintesi: - incaricano persone ad hoc per cercare locali da prendere in "gestione", paventando clienti inesistenti. - non rispettano gli appuntamenti Ho acquistato diversi locali commerciali su Roma negli ultimi anni, starò sicuramente lontano da loro per i prossimi! Vi invito a fare lo stesso. 1) I am called by the secretary for ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS interested in a local (private) proposed for rent. We make an appointment at the same. I specify that I would have gone specifically to Rome (200 km from home), so I ask them to be punctual and let me move if really interested; 2) about three hours before the appointment, at 7:30 in the morning, I send a reminder to remember the same: message read, without reply. I leave, trusting in their feared professionalism; 3) The contact person calls me 10 MINUTES before to cancel the appointment as he is "engaged in an act". After specifying that I had specifically gone on the spot, he calls me promptly to find out "what we are talking about" (he knew absolutely nothing). He therefore invites me to send a link to the advertisement with photos of the place: he would have sent a new contact person within an hour. Specify that THERE IS NO CUSTOMER interested, they have many to offer it to ... 4) I was already gone, but nobody looked for me any more: I would have spent more time on the spot! In summary: - they hire ad hoc people to look for premises to be "managed", fearful of non-existent customers. - they don't respect appointments I have bought several commercial premises in Rome in the last few years, I will definitely stay away from them for the next few! I invite you to do the same.
