Après avoir effectué un achat au mois d’août dans sa boutique et avoir payé une livraison pour m’assurer que les objets me parviennent sans encombre, la vendeuse n’a pas adressé les bons objets.
En contact avec Paola Cantoro depuis septembre, elle me balade, gagne du temps. Nous sommes en décembre.
J’ai été tout bonnement arnaquée.
Chère vendeuse, je suis donc au regret de vous indiquer que je vais engager une procédure à votre encontre.
Vous avez les coordonnées de mon mari si vous changez de stratégie. Vous savez que vous pouvez même nous contacter par téléphone puisque nous sommes parfaitement bilingues.
