Al momento del ritiro il marsupio presentava diverse imperfezioni, la cerniera era stata ricucita male e non scorreva bene, in una parte era un pò scucito, c'era colla in diversi punti...insomma un lavoro pessimo. Chiaramente scontento faccio notare queste cose ad una delle proprietarie che subito si mette sulle difensive e con tono molto arrogante dice che di meglio non si poteva...si discute e la conversazione degenera. Un professionista, come i precedenti in cui ero andato, avrebbe risposto che il lavoro non si poteva fare o quantomeno che non sarebbe venuto bene, in questo negozio non solo non hanno la minima professionalità ma neanche garbo e cortesia e non sanno che il cliente anche se sbaglia ha sempre ragione e va accontentato e non trattato con ineducazione e scortesia. Evitate questo posto...
