Purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso dell'incaricato del ritiro (avvenuto con cinque ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario concordato) in quanto questa persona ha iniziato a parlare di danni immaginari con atteggiamento poco trasparente.
Maximum professionalism and courtesy on the part of the lady in charge of car delivery in Parghelia. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the person in charge of the collection (which took place five hours later than the agreed time) as this person has started talking about imaginary damages with an opaque attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Parghelia for about a week and found it very convinient to rent a scooter. There were some language barriers between us and the people at the firm (we unfortunately don't speak Italian) but the information was still clear. After renting the scooter for three days, which was our initial plan and what we signed up for, we asked if we could extend the rental. We thought this would mean that we had to sign up for and pay for a one day-rental, but all they did was nod and say we could return it when we were ready. The last night with the scooter it all of a sudden started to sound quite bad so we were a bit worried that they would make us pay for something we couldn't have prevented as we know very little about motors. Although when we returned the scooter all they asked was why we didn't come by to collect another scooter when it started to sound and we got a discount because of it! Overall this rental service is very professional and the people are kind and helpful. Our best recommendations!
