Ho fatto 90km, perso mezza giornata per niente... Nessuna scusa da parte loro... Valutate voi I asked for availability for a set of tires, the availability was confirmed, I expressed my willingness to buy them and the next day I went to Udine to pick them up, I arrive and they tell me they don't know where the tires are ... done 90km, lost half a day for nothing ... No apologies from them ... Evaluate yourself

C	Cristian Pinato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto ordine, pagato a mezzo bonifico concordando giorno di spedizione. Merce non pervenuta nei tempi concordati, nel frattempo (prima di riceverla) mi accorgo di aver ordinato la misura sbagliata. Scrivo una mail, spiegando il mio errore, offrendomi di pagare differenza ed eventuali costi dovuti al disguido, e mi viene risposto che per le gomme, essendo merce “stagionale”, non è prevista possibilitá di cambio. Premesso che chiedevo gomme della stessa “stagione”, faccio presente che, data la mancata spedizione nei tempi concordati, era mia intenzione non procedere con l’ordine, mi viene risposto che ormai la merce deve essere da loro evasa, e se non ritirata, sará smaltita dal corriere. Alla mia obiezione “mi riservo di recensire questo servizio”, vengo minacciato, nell’ordine: 1. di essere denunciato per calunnia, 2. che si sarebbero rivolti alle forze dell’ordine perchè IO li stavo minacciando… non ho potuto fare altro che lasciar perdere, e rimetterci il denaro, il tempo ed il disservizio. Lascio a chi legge ogni considerazione. Order placed, paid by bank transfer agreeing on the day of shipment. Goods not received within the agreed time, in the meantime (before receiving it) I realize that I have ordered the wrong size. I write an email, explaining my mistake, offering to pay the difference and any costs due to the misunderstanding, and I am told that for the tires, being "seasonal" goods, there is no possibility of exchange. Given that I was asking for tires of the same "season", I would like to point out that, given the failure to ship within the agreed time, it was my intention not to proceed with the order, I am told that the goods must now be processed by them, and if not collected, it will be disposed of by the courier. To my objection "I reserve the right to review this service", I am threatened, in order: 1. to be sued for slander, 2. that they would go to the police because I was threatening them ... I could not do anything else but let it go, and lose money, time and disservice. I leave every consideration to the reader.

Per quanto riguarda me, punteggio pieno meritato. Ordered the tires on Monday and within 2 days arrived. Great service and tires as per listing. I will most likely make another purchase before the winter. As for me, I deserve full marks.
