Non ho accettato una sostituzione, tuttavia avrei accettato un invio degli altri bulbi e un rimborso del mancante.Nessun risposta alla mia proposta. Ho chiamato dove mi è stato risposto che “per i miei 60 bulbi, avevano dovuto ordinarne 1700 - molto commerciale - e che li avrebbero spediti la settimana seguente. In breve dopo un mese, e altre due chiamate a vuoto, nessuna consegna, nessuna mail. Mi sono rassegnata a chiedere aiuto a PayPal , con cui avevo pagato - per fortuna - per risolvere e chiedere rimborso totale dell’ordino. Giudicate voi . I did not accept a replacement, however I would have accepted a return of the other bulbs and a refund of the missing one. No reply to my proposal. Soon after a month, and two more empty calls, no deliveries, no mails. I resigned myself to asking PayPal for help, with whom I had paid - fortunately - to resolve and ask for a full refund of the order. Judge for yourself.

I bulbi sono in perfetto stato di salute, incredibile ma vero le dimensioni dei bulbi sono gigantesche!!! il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile...
