Ci sono quattro carabinieri in guardiola che ridono e scherzano tra di loro ma dio li fulmini se muovono un dito per lavorare. Quando mi sono avvicinata e ho chiesto quanto c'era da aspettare ancora mi sono sentita dire che ero io quella in posizione "di bisogno" che dovevo fare silenzio e ritornare nella saletta d'attesa, da cui sto appunto scrivendo. E questi sono i servi dello stato.
I've been waiting for two hours to file a loss report. There are four carabinieri in the guardhouse who laugh and joke with each other but god lightning them if they move a finger to work. When I approached and asked how long there was to wait, I was told that I was the one in the "need" position that I had to be silent and go back to the waiting room, from which I am just writing. And these are the servants of the state.
