Sono sempre riusciti a darmi l'appuntamento nel giro di qualche giorno. Posso solo che parlarne bene. Lo consiglio. Anche in questo periodo purtroppo ho avuto bisogno .Mi sono presentata spaventata e confusa invece di rassicurarmi e chiarirmi le idee non hanno fatto altro che mortificare me e il mio carissimo medico di famiglia . Non si fa così......Diciamo che sono molto sotto pressione anche loro come i pazienti e i medici di famiglia .Un po di comprensione e umanità per favore Grazie I live near the facility and therefore when I need private healthcare I turn to them. Poi intendiamoci, ogni ambiente di lavoro ha i suoi momenti di difficoltà e stress. Personalmente do un giudizio ottimo. Appointments without waiting, experienced doctors and technicians available. Io purtroppo è dal 2009 che ho bisogno di specialisti all'interno del Medical Center e quindi sono in grado di valutare se la struttura funziona . Certo l'ho prenotata io (premetto che con videovisita non ho mai pensato che fosse online con un cardiologo!!) Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception e loro ni dicono "NON SO DOVE HA PRENOTATO LEI QUI NON C'è NESSUNA PRENOTAZIONE CON IL NOME DI SUA FIGLIA, SE NON LO SA LEI DOVE HA PRENOTATO COME FACCIAMO A SAPERLO NOI!!" e io le dico ho prenotato da sito a Ravenna,ma scopro adesso che c'è scritto videovisita, è possibile che sia una visita online con un cardiologo che ho pagato 100 euro ed ho urgenza di far visitare la bambina?? NON LO SO SIGNORA SE NON LO SA LEI COSA HA PRENOTATO!! e IO: ci sarà stato un errore io ho bisogno di una visita vera e prima possibile non posso annullare questa visita online che sinceramente avrò anche prenotato io per errore, ma è un'assurdità una visita al cuore a distanza, no??? e LORO: ah non lo so L'HA PRENOTATA LEI!! E IO: NON LA POSSO DISDIRE?? E LORO: AH NON SO MI DISPIACE DEVE USCIRE PERCHè QUI NON HA L'APPUNTAMENTO!! ok è stato un mio errore, ma è il modo di trattare la gente?? sensibilità zottozero!! cambiate personale che questi non ne hanno idea di stare a contatto con la gente soprattutto in un ambiente di casi delicati come questo!!! ah poi dimenticavo! alle 17.30 ho parlato con il cardiologo di non so dove, e alle 17.35 avevamo già terminato la visita!! d'altra parte a distanza che cavolo di visita vuoi fare!!!!! Sembra quasi che abbiano assunto le persone in base al livello di scortesia presentato. Peccato perché in diverse occasioni ho sempre trovato personale medico competente, cortese e serio ma devo dire che mi passa proprio la voglia di recarmi da loro perché so che dovrò avere a che fare con il personale all’accoglienza che è sempre sgradevole (incredibile come non importi chi ti capiti davanti ma lo siano tutte!) e questo aspetto mi mette davvero a disagio. Consiglio un corso accelerato di PR per il personale che accoglie!
