★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona molto cara che vive all’estero ha fatto un pensiero incredibilmente dolce ordinandomi un bouquet per il mio compleanno una settimana fa, peccato che non sapeva che il suo impegno e i suoi buoni propositi sarebbero rovinati da un pessimo servizio.
Innanzitutto la mia sorpresa ha smesso di essere una sorpresa nel momento in cui sabato mattina ho ricevuto la chiamata da questo negozio dove mi chiedevano delle specifiche sul mio indirizzo e su come raggiungerlo. Detto questo, casa nostra di trova facilmente su Google maps, nessun corriere o rider non hanno mai avuto problemi di trovarla.
Le prossime due ore sono passata in attesa dell’arrivo della mia “sorpresa”, contenta in ogni caso chiaramente.
Due ore dopo circa è arrivato un signore anziano che mi ha passato in mano il mio bouquet, salutandomi con un: “È molto difficile trovarvi. Mi apra il cancello per uscire.”
Ero talmente sconvolta da questa estrema “cordialità” del servizio che onestamente in quel momento li ho risposto soltanto: “si certo”.
La mia domanda è, ma voi che siete un posto che non vende soltanto fiori, ma i gesti d’attenzione, d’affetto nella maggior parte dei casi celebrando gli eventi speciali delle altre persone, non credete che sia importante anche la buona educazione come minimo e forse un sorriso al momento della consegna?
