★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiora che ho mai trovato , tergicristalli Bosch, trovati Hella alla consegna e inutilizzabili(non e colpa del officina,ma io ho pagato 75€,8 messi fa) ,prezzi altisimi!!!Attenzione chiedete prima modalita di pagamento, se no vi trovate in imbarazzo. Ho dato 1 stella x che non si può di meno. Fatte penna,dopo 16 anni che mi conoscente chiedendo modalita di pagamento?Ho sempre pagato" pure in anticipo"!!!Vergogna!E non finisce qui ,mi dispiace x il personale che lavora x voi.(piu che altro ho trovato manomensioni del sensore nox,non e colpa del officina ma l'ho devo menzionare ,qualcuno che l'ho voleva rubare (penso)
Worst I have ever found, Bosch wipers, found Hella on delivery and unusable (it is not the fault of the workshop, but I paid € 75, 8 months ago), very high prices !!! embarassed. I gave 1 x star which you can't get less. Made pen, after 16 years that you know me asking for payment methods? I have always paid "well in advance" !!! Shame! And it doesn't end here, I'm sorry for the staff who work for you. (Mostly I found tampering with the nox sensor, it is not the fault of the workshop but I have to mention it, someone who wanted to steal it (I think)

They are good, courteous and splendid. I've been going to Ravaglia for 22 years for my daily camper from Florence. In all these years I have never had to challenge the job. Always perfect.
