★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute haben wir das Outlet von Ratti, einem der wichtigsten Seidentuchproduzenten für etliche Top-Marken, besucht. Das Angebot ist überschaubar, aber mit etwas Glück findet man Ausgefallenes oder Marken-(B?)-Ware für überschaubares Geld. Einfach mal hinfahren. Am Werkstor muss man sich anmelden/registrieren. Von da geht es zu Fuß unbegleitet zum Shop. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichleiten sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Today we visited the outlet of Ratti, one of the most important silk fabric producers for several top brands. The offer is manageable, but with a little luck you can find unusual or branded (B?) - goods for manageable money. Just go there. At the factory gate you have to register / register. From there it goes on foot unaccompanied to the shop. Free parking facilities are sufficiently available.

Sto frequentando questo stabilimento da circa un anno, per un progetto professionale, e sto imparando a conoscere bene l'argomento.
In questa azienda, da quasi 70 anni, si producono tessuti per le principali case di moda del mondo.
Ci sono evidenti testimonianze, in giro per l'azienda, di come si stampasse 70 anni fa, con stampi in legno lavorati a mano, ricchi di dettagli finissimi.
Oggi si stampa ancora come allora, ma con grandi avanzamenti tecnologici, e anche con delle stampanti ink-jet grandi come un furgone... che tirano fuori km e km di tessuti.
Il prodotto finale è quello che ved(r)ete alle sfilate di moda di Valentino,Prada, LV, Hermes, Dior, Givenchi etc. etc. nei prossimi mesi, ma anche il "pret a porter" di marchi più commerciali.
Uno spaccio, aperto al pubblico, vi permette di accedere ad alcuni prodotti (principalmente cravatte e foulard in seta) di marca a prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali.
L'atmosfera che si respira all'interno dell'azienda, inoltre, rende invidiabile il lavoro, soprattutto nei reparti creativi, ed il livello di welness aziendale è sicuramente alto.

In this company, for almost 70 years, fabrics have been produced for the world's leading fashion houses.
There are obvious testimonies, around the company, of how to print 70 years ago, with handmade wooden molds, rich in fine details.
Today it is still printed as it was then, but with great technological advances, and even with ink-jet printers as big as a van ... that pull out km and km of fabrics.
The final product is what you see at Valentino's fashion shows, Prada, LV, Hermes, Dior, Givenchi etc. etc. in the coming months, but also the "pret a porter" of more commercial brands.
A shop, open to the public, allows you to access some branded products (mainly ties and silk scarves) at very competitive prices.
The atmosphere that reigns inside the company also makes work enviable, especially in creative departments, and the level of corporate well-being is certainly high.
