★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo. Per le ricette tipiche piacentine, il cavallo lo acquisto solo qui. Anche crudo è ottimo. Il signor Franco ha un solo difetto: la squadra per cui tifa! :)
 Great. For the typical Piacenza recipes, I buy the horse only here. Raw is also excellent. Mr. Franco has only one flaw: the team he supports! :)
