La porta è bella ma ha un dispositivo di sblocco manuale progettato da un dilettante allo sbaraglio, indecoroso per una ditta seria. Ma il giudizio di 1 stella non è per questo, è per la gestione amministrativa. I loro tecnici fanno provato a chiedermi il bonifico a saldo prima di installare l'indecoroso sblocco manuale, poi di nuovo senza aver completato il montaggio di lampeggiante e fotocellule. Vero è che l'installazione di questi due ultimi "accessori" non era prevista nell'ordine, ma la mia proposta di fare il bonifico il giorno successivo, dopo che il mio elettricista avesse terminato il lavoro e io verificato che tutto funzionasse a dovere, è stata rifiutata. Dopo alcune telefonate "accese" il titolare dell'azienda sig. Massimo Rappazzo ha ordinato ai suoi operai di smontare la porta e portarsela via. Valutato velocemente i pro e i contro di questa surreale situazione (io avrei perso 1000€ di acconto e avrei avuto la seccatura di trovare un altro fornitore, loro avrebbero perso una giornata di lavoro di 2 persone e una porta difficilmente riutilizzabile perchè tagliata a misura) ho deciso di pagare rendendo felici due operai ormai rassegnati ad altre 2 ore di straordinario e di correre il rischio. Sconsiglio tuttavia con forza di rivolgersi a costoro perchè dal punto di vista commerciale e amministrativo hanno evidentemente grossi problemi. Spero che tutto funzioni, ma in caso contrario i 1000€ che oggi ero disposto a perdere li spenderò volentieri per un avvocato. I ordered a sectional door for a garage from this company. The door is beautiful but has a manual release device designed by an amateur on the run, unseemly for a serious company. But the 1-star rating is not for this, it is for administrative management. Their technicians tried to ask me for the balance transfer before installing the unseemly manual release, then again without having completed the assembly of the flashing light and photocells. It is true that the installation of these last two "accessories" was not foreseen in the order, but my proposal to make the transfer the next day, after my electrician had finished the job and I checked that everything was working properly, was refused. After a few "turned on" phone calls the owner of the company Mr. Massimo Rappazzo has ordered his workers to dismantle the door and take it away. Quickly assessed the pros and cons of this surreal situation (I would have lost 1000 € down payment and would have had the hassle of finding another supplier, they would have lost a day's work of 2 people and a door that is difficult to reuse because it was cut to size) I decided to pay by making two workers happy by now resigned to another 2 hours of overtime and to take the risk. However, I strongly advise against turning to them because they obviously have big problems from a commercial and administrative point of view. I hope everything works out, but if not, the € 1000 that I was willing to lose today, I will gladly spend it on a lawyer.
