★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato la stazione in periodi di "bassa stagione turistica" trovandola ben tenuta, pulita. Anche i servizi erano spaziosi e puliti.
 I frequented the station in periods of "low tourist season" finding it well maintained, clean. The services were also spacious and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe it - the service betrayed us with our money. We asked for train tickets to cinque Terre, they offered to sell us the park tickets already. We said we would like accesss only Tickets. The person asked if we wanted the combi with trains there. We said again 2 times no, we want access only. He sold us the tickets. When I checked the original train tickets I noticed from the price, that he must have sold us the combi ticket. I turned around immediately - but he refused to refund them. Then I approached his colleague who asked if I would want the money cash or via card back. Suddenly the first person interrupted in Italian. Afterwards also the second person pretended they could not refund.
I am deeply disappointed by this trickery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small train station with very few personnel, and NO handicapped access to binary 2 for trains heading south. Not even a simple ramp on the side of the stairs to assist the handicapped to get to the tracks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff sellng tickets when they are open. Platforms maintained by a cleaner most days. Shade from trees for the benches along the platforms. Stairs can be a problem with luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place is quite similar to Mahon in menorca, Spain.
I love the palm trees there everywhere, they looks amazing, then you have the castle just above the sea near the coast.
Cool place to have a beer and watch the sunset.
