Queste persone non sono adatte a questo lavoro e dovrebbero avere più rispetto per le altre persone, soprattutto per quelle che vanno in cerca di un lavoro poiché si trovano in una situazione di fragilità... Trattano male la gente,che si presenta per cercare lavoro...se sei bilingue non sei adeguato...e incominciano a parlarti in tedesco germanico...pur non sapendelo....e non c'è lavoro!!!Comunque le loro risposte si limitano a frasi del tipo " non è adeguata/o .."non abbiamo lavoro".... c'erano degli stranieri...non sapevano entrambi le lingue...volevano solo un lavoro di "lavapiatti" ...e la risposta della ragazza è stata :" non potrete mai lavorare senza parlare le lingue"...non è vero....potrebbero fare lavori del genere senza problemi. Siamo in alto adige e parliamo tutte e due le lingue...avete gente nei vostri uffici che dovrebbe essere competente...cordiale e soprattutto prima di sfottere nel vero senzo della parola..la gente che li si presenta, per la mancanza di saper delle lingue ecc...dovrebbero loro in primis sapere tutte e due le lingue!!!!!!!!e invece la "clientela" si ritrova gente del genere ...scorbutica antipatica..che si comporta in modo discriminatorio e altro....VERGOGNA!!!! Incapable and incompetent staff !!! Fino al giorno dell'assunzione mi è stata dietro a chiarire qualsiasi dubbio con ottimi consigli che mi hanno aiutato a prendere confidenza riuscendo così a dare del mio meglio ai colloqui che sono andati a buon fine. La ringrazio di nuovo per l'opportunità, i consigli e il tempo che mi ha offerto la Recruiter N. Comunque, ho anche amici che si sono trovati molto bene ai propri lavori trovati da Randstad in generale quindi la consiglierei senza dubbio.
