Non è attiva nel suo sito, e se lo è non valutano le candidature inviate.
Pessima esperienza.
Aggiungo maleducate, soprattutto Silvia, decisamente non adatta ad un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico.
Evitate.
Personally I found little professionalism and the service is poor.

Ho dovuto fare 1 colloquio "conoscitivo" con la Randstad di Schio, e 2 colloqui conoscitivi con la Randstad di Thiene perché non comunicano né tra filiali né tra colleghe della stessa filiale. Una settimana dopo i 3 colloqui mi ricontattano per propormi una candidatura ad un lavoro assolutamente non in linea con il mio profilo e con il tipo di lavoro che sto cercando
Branch of incompetent. I had to do 1 "cognitive" interview with the Randstad of Schio, and 2 cognitive interviews with the Randstad of Thiene because they do not communicate either between branches or between colleagues of the same branch. A week after the 3 interviews they contact me to offer me an application for a job that is absolutely not in line with my profile and the type of job I am looking for

Personale affabile e gentile, il problema, per le regole delle distanze è che tutti i dipendenti parlano al telefono o con persone e forse sarebbe meglio creare degli spazi specifici per poter esprimersi e capire cosa chiede chi deve sapere qualcosa in più per offrire un' eventuale attività di lavoro.
Thiene's office is large and welcoming. Friendly and kind staff, the problem with the rules of distances is that all employees speak on the phone or with people and perhaps it would be better to create specific spaces to be able to express themselves and understand what those who need to know something more ask for to offer a possible work activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iscritta da anni, ho fatto solo colloqui conoscitivi. Non mi è piaciuto l’ambiente della sede di Thiene dove i dipendenti parlavano del più e del meno tra di loro a voce alta mentre facevo il colloquio.
Registered for years, I only did cognitive interviews. I did not like the environment of the Thiene site where the employees talked about this and that to each other in a loud voice while I was doing the interview.
