★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in orario e presenti quasi sempre.... Tranne quando, x motivi non ben specificati, saltano la corsa come in ottobre ben 2 corse conseguenti, e oggi "soltanto" una.... Sei fortunata se non piove o nevica o tira vento o fa freddissimo, perché telefonare è inutile! La voce che fa assistenza ti urla che stai mentendo ANCHE se le confermo di essere lì ad attendere, e ti minaccia di essere passibile di denuncia se continui a lamentarti.
Quindi 1 stella x i trasporti

Invece x la professionalità non ci sono parole! Fascia oraria 13 e 30 -- 14
 They are on time and almost always present .... Except when, for unspecified reasons, they skip the race as in October 2 consequent races, and today "only" one .... You are lucky if it does not rain or snow or pull wind or it is very cold, because calling is useless! The assisting voice yells at you that you are lying EVEN if I confirm that I am waiting there, and threatens you with reporting if you keep complaining.
So 1 star for transport
ZERO stars for assistance
