★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che sembravano brave persone, all'inizio...ahimé il servizio si è stato pessimo, il condizionatore ci ha detto che non cera più nulla da fare invece chiamando un altro manutentore ci ha detto che era solo una valvola che non funzionava...oramai avevamo deciso di cambiarlo...la pulizia della caldaia ha solo spruzzato aria per togliere la polvere che ero capace anch'io di farla...poi si è inventato che un tubicino in rame della caldaia si era rotto nell'aprire lo sportello e ha dovuto andare in magazzino a prendere il pezzo...ecc..il tutto ci è venuto a costare £ 100,00 oltretutto senza fattura...quindi mezzora di lavoro £ 100, 00. Mi dispiace ma sono veramente amareggiato...ho scritto la mia esperienza, sperando che altre persone non abbiamo bisogno di queste persone...e mi sono trattenuto nel giudicare il servizio...?
I must say that they seemed like good people at first ... alas the service was bad, the air conditioner told us that there was nothing more to do instead calling another maintenance technician and told us it was just a valve that didn't work. ... by now we had decided to change it ... cleaning the boiler only sprayed air to remove the dust that I was also able to do it ... then it was invented that a copper tube in the boiler had broken when opening the counter and had to go to the warehouse to pick up the piece ... etc .. everything cost us £ 100.00 plus no invoice ... so half an hour of work £ 100.00. I'm sorry but I'm really disappointed ... I wrote my experience, hoping that other people don't need these people ... and I held back judging the service ... ?

Ho comunque voluto usufruire di un servizio di installazione e me ne sono pentito, anche in questo caso prezzi fuori mercato, errore mio a non averne chiesto preventivamente il costo, non commettetelo voi
I requested 2 quotes for 1 air conditioner and 2 pellet stoves with the discount on the invoice; definitely expensive, I chose another supplier.
However, I wanted to take advantage of an installation service and I regretted it, even in this case prices out of the market, my mistake in not having asked for the cost in advance, do not commit it yourself
