Il servizio clienti ha sempre risposto rapidamente e cordialmente: ad una mia richiesta di caricare i driver a me necessari sul loro sito internet, la ditta ha provveduto in giornata.
La spedizione con corriere GLS è arrivata nei tempi previsti e senza danni al prodotto o all'imballaggio.

Unica nota negativa al momento è che ha la scocca in plastica di dubbia fattura e tastiera troppo morbida.
Difficilmente si trova di meglio in giro.

Ha però un piccolo difetto; visto il luogo dove si trova, dovrebbe inserire almeno una delle prelibatezze locali nello scatolo insieme al portatile. ;-)

The assistance is excellent both in pre-sale, where they advise you how to personalize your notebook, and later, where it always provides you with support.
It is the only one that gives you FIVE YEARS warranty!
However, it does have a small flaw; given the place where it is located, it should insert at least one of the local delicacies in the box together with the laptop. ;-)
