Very friendly staff. Got a haircut the same evening and coming without an appointment.

Finally when I made the decision to paint my hair for a first time in my life and I made appointment at 10.30 on Monday - the place was completely closed and I didn't get notified. I take it as a sign to stay with my natural colour.

My husband went here to have his hair colored and after they applied some mix of bleach and color to his hair to lighten it from his natural brown, he started to feel that his scalp was burning They did not do a patch test prior or offer one. They washed out the bleach mix and said they could still do a light grey finish. However, his hair turned out blue. When I questioned this the stylist told me it was on the 'gray scale' and he became quite aggressive gesturing at me and speaking louder. We thought it was bad enough that he had to manage with this blue hair but the next day blisters developed all over his scalp and from front to middle of this head were burns. He went to a dermatologist the next day and she told him that it was not an allergic reaction that could have caused this burning, but a reaction to something TOXIC. The salon of course want to maintain that it was an allergic reaction but this is not the case. I will post photos shortly. Apart from all of this, the customer service as you might expect was also really bad right from the beginning. It was only after my husband's problems with the burning scalp that they even came round to offer us tea. We had been there about 2 hours at least by then and had to ask for even a glass of water despite it being really hot outside. The owner was at the reception desk the entire time just watching everything and doing no work. Lazy, unfriendly, and very arrogant. Only one out of 5 stylists or colorists there that day had any bold colour in their hair and the rest all had blonde/natural brown hair colors. They obviously know how toxic the ingredients used in the salon are. Please take care if you still choose to use this salon.

Friendliest staff I have ever met in a salon. They really made me feel welcome despite walking in without an appointment right before closing. They gave me a fantastic wash and massage and then a blowout. Super happy and highly recommend.

Best Hairdresser experience in my life! I was searching for color experts in Milan and am so grateful for finding rainbow hair. The staff is very friendly and extremely competent! I really can recommend it, because I have never had an experience like this !
