In particolare, nel negozio "Lanificio di Tollegno" si trovavano articoli ricercati, originali, a prezzi non eccessivi. Ora è tutto Ragno, si trovano articoli non sempre di qualità italiana: modelli poco venduti, capi brutti e taglie di fine magazzino. Decaduto! Pre-Covid assortment and quality were excellent. In particular, in the "Lanificio di Tollegno" shop there were refined, original items, at not excessive prices. Now it's all Ragno, there are items that are not always of Italian quality: little-sold models, ugly garments and out-of-stock sizes. Fallen!

Un consiglio spassionato che potrebbe giovare alla proprietà: mandate la cassiera con i capelli corti con mesh (non della parte outlet) in vacanza. Oggi 22 nov nel pomeriggio ha rovinato la mia esperienza nel negozio e non mi farà tornare se dovessi vederla in cassa. é stata a dir poco razzista, assolutamente non professionale ed inducata con una cliente che ha acquistato diversi prodotti. La cassiera é stata tanto sgradevole da lasciarmi infastidito e con me tutti gli altri clienti del negozio che commentavano i pessimi ed incivili modi. Davvero peccato. Well stocked shop, beautiful display, pleasant setting, fair prices for the good quality of the products is a really nice shop. A dispassionate tip that could benefit the property: send the cashier with short hair with mesh (not the outlet part) on vacation. Today Nov 22 in the afternoon ruined my shop experience and won't make me come back if I see her at the checkout. she was racist to say the least, absolutely unprofessional and induced with a customer who bought several products. The cashier was so unpleasant to leave me annoyed and with me all the other customers of the shop who commented on the bad and uncivil ways. Really pity.
