Ovviamente il tutto senza che mi venisse richiesto niente di niente sui problemi che avevamo e sulla tipologia di edificato o di condòmini. Dovevamo cambiare l'amministratore e, per i motivi detti, ci siamo rivolti ad altro professionista che, prima di richiedere un compenso ha effettuato un approfondito sopralluogo nel nostro complesso condominiale. I received a flyer in my apartment building with the offer for € 70 i.i. per unit to change director, price much lower than the average market values in the city and province. Obviously all without being asked anything of the problems we had and the type of building or condominiums. We had to change the administrator and, for the reasons mentioned, we turned to another professional who, before requesting a fee, carried out a thorough inspection in our condominium complex.

L	Loca Vida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevamo cambiare amministrazione condominiale per problemi di "cassa" con il precedente studio ed incuriosito dal volantino dello studio che una condomina ci ha sottoposto, ho contattato personalmente lo studio per fissare un incontro conoscitivo tra noi consiglieri e lo Studio Trotta. Siamo stati accolti in un piccolo studio ma, abbiamo trovato una grande professionalità e competenza (con certificazioni ed attestati esposti, cosa non esposta in altro studio rinomato), corredati da tanta gentilezza. Abbiamo esposto la tipologia e le problematiche del nostro condominio (2 scale) ed alla fine abbiamo raggiunto un accordo dopo aver valutato anche altri preventivi. We had to change condominium administration due to "cash" problems with the previous studio and intrigued by the flyer of the study that a condominium submitted to us, I personally contacted the studio to arrange a cognitive meeting between us advisors and Studio Trotta. We were welcomed in a small studio but we found great professionalism and competence (with certifications and certificates displayed, something not exhibited in another renowned studio), accompanied by a lot of kindness. We exposed the type and problems of our condominium (2 stairs) and in the end we reached an agreement after evaluating other estimates.
