L	Lorenzo G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempo fa avevo portato a riparare un bel g36c comprato quando c'era ancora il negozio a bergamo. quest'ultimo mi è stato riconsegnato dopo moltissimo tempo (1 mese e mezzo circa) e dovetti pagare una cifra che era pari al valore del fucile stesso. come se non bastasse il fucile ha smesso di funzionare poco tempo dopo. questa ,secondo me, è mancanza di professionalità. some time ago I had a nice g36c repaired when the shop was still in Bergamo. the latter was returned to me after a very long time (about 1 month and a half) and I had to pay a sum that was equal to the value of the gun itself. as if that were not enough, the rifle stopped working shortly after. this, in my opinion, is a lack of professionalism.

Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto, per la qualità dei prodotti e per la precisione del titolare e di tutto lo staff. Negozio consigliatissimo. I recently bought a skeet shotgun and, subsequently, I had one of my replicas perform a full custom. I was extremely satisfied, for the quality of the products and for the accuracy of the owner and all the staff. Highly recommended shop.
G	Gesù Di Nazareth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in negozio per un problema al mio Hk416 della VFC, il problema mi é stato creato da un altro negozio che non voleva prendermelo in garanzia..... loro non solo mi hanno aiutato nel sistemarlo ma mi hanno anche modificato il fucile in modo da averlo ancora più performante di prima ad un costo molto accessibile. Consiglio vivamente di passare da loro al posto di altri negozi che promettono ma non mantengono nulla... I went to the shop for a problem with my VFC Hk416, the problem was created by another shop that did not want to take it under warranty ..... they not only helped me in fixing it but they also modified my rifle in in order to have it even more performing than before at a very affordable cost. I highly recommend going to them instead of other shops that promise but don't deliver ...

Avuta conferma, nel pomeriggio ho raggiunto il punto vendita. Impressionante la quantità di merce esposta, in grado (penso) di soddisfare ogni esigenza di neofiti ed esperti. Altrettanto degna di lode la cortesia con cui sono stato accolto e seguito. Avendo io posto una domanda inconsueta su un prodotto, si sono premurati (il titolare e la figlia) di contattare il fornitore, mettendolo con estrema correttezza in vivavoce. Convinto dalla risposta ho effettuato l'acquisto. Al momento di pagare, mi veniva comunicato che l'abbinata di due dei prodotti scelti mi dava diritto ad uno sconto/promozione di cui non ero a conoscenza! Quindi la mia valutazione di Raffus non può che essere estremamente positiva. Bravi!! This morning, as the shop is far from my home, I phoned to check the availability of the products of my interest. Equally worthy of praise was the courtesy with which I was welcomed and followed. Having asked an unusual question about a product, they took care (the owner and the daughter) to contact the supplier, putting it very correctly on speakerphone. Convinced by the answer, I made the purchase. At the time of paying, I was informed that the combination of two of the chosen products gave me the right to a discount / promotion that I was not aware of! So my assessment of Raffus can only be extremely positive. Well done !!

Il personale ě disponibile, gentile, è cerca in ogni modo di assecondare il cliente in ogni sua richiesta e necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità degli articoli/prezzo! Lo consiglio sia agli amatori più esperti, sia a chi si approccia per la prima volta a questo mondo. NUMERI 1!! Shop in the province of Bergamo very close to the center, always well stocked and tidy.
